Shipping for Light Equipment
If you are about to purchase a pump, generator, saw, floor equipment, mixer, plate compactor, or any of the other products located in the light equipment section, then be aware these products will be shipped via a boxtruck or an enclosed tractor trailer.
Boxtrucks or an enclosed tractor trailer are not equipped with devices to unload your product. Therefore, if you are ordering one of these pieces of equipment, then you will need a method to offload your purchase. Either a forklift or a dockhigh ramp will be necessary. Transit Time
Transit time is the estimated number of business days from shipment of product to your receipt of product. Please keep in mind that a boxtruck or an enclosed tractor trailer can take 3-7 business days for delivery.
Residential or companies operating out of residential addresses are subject to additional charges for shipping.
This type of vehicle is oversized. If an address is to a Non-Commercial delivery area or Residential area a separate truck will be needed to deliver this product. These delivery addresses are subject to additional shipping charges because the use of a secondary smaller vehicle may be needed to complete the delivery.

Return Merchandise Policy
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise please use our Feedback Form to submit a request to our Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise when authorized may incur a 20% re-stocking fee. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box.
