I order something 2nd day air.. it's charges me extra for expedited shipping. That's fine I need the parts in two days to get a customers machine fixed. I ordered these Wednesday evening and select 2da so I will have them for Saturday. Tell the customer I'll be there Saturday. Well I look at tracking and find one part is going to show up Monday and one Tuesday. So I spent 3hrs Saturday morning going to get parts locally. I email customer service and ask why didn't my stuff come. I get some BS thing from UPS about shipping. You know good and well you can't expect next day or second day to be on time because you send me the thing about UPS.  Yet you continue to sell the service basically scamming customers out of money. Then come up with the UPS excuse as a pass the buck excuse. ******GCIronparts team****** We do not understand the review. Customer order Sunday 07/26/2020 05:51PM was ground service not 2nd day.  The item shipped 07/27/2020 11:00AM.  The item was delivered 07/29/2020.
