Shipping for Light Equipment
If you are about to purchase a pump, generator, saw, floor equipment, mixer, plate compactor, or any of the other products located in the light equipment section, then be aware these products will be shipped via a boxtruck or an enclosed tractor trailer.
Boxtrucks or an enclosed tractor trailer are not equipped with devices to unload your product. Therefore, if you are ordering one of these pieces of equipment, then you will need a method to offload your purchase. Either a forklift or a dockhigh ramp will be necessary. Transit Time
Transit time is the estimated number of business days from shipment of product to your receipt of product. Please keep in mind that a boxtruck or an enclosed tractor trailer can take 3-7 business days for delivery.
Residential or companies operating out of residential addresses are subject to additional charges for shipping.
This type of vehicle is oversized. If an address is to a Non-Commercial delivery area or Residential area a separate truck will be needed to deliver this product. These delivery addresses are subject to additional shipping charges because the use of a secondary smaller vehicle may be needed to complete the delivery.
Shipping for Heavy Equipment
If you are about to purchase an aerial work platform, a mini excavator, an air compressor or any of the other products located in the heavy equipment section, then be aware these products will be shipped via a flatbed tractor and trailer.
Flatbed tractor and trailers are not equipped with devices to unload your product. Therefore, if you are ordering one of these pieces of equipment, then you will need a method to offload your purchase. Either a crane, a forklift, or a dockhigh ramp will be necessary. Shipping Parts
We ship using services such as UPS and FEDEX for small parts packages. Unfortunately, we do not use USPS. We ship these parts from many warehouses including ours. We do our best in shipping all of parts that are available as quickly as possible. Our allocation logic is based on maximum uptime. The system will look in your primary warehouse [warehouse closest to you] by order line. If the entire line is available, it will allocate there. If not, it will to the secondary warehouse and do the same. If neither warehouse has the full line, the system will ship what it can from the primary and then what can be shipped from the secondary. Any remaining open quantity will be backordered into the warehouse that we expect will receive the item soonest. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Transit Time
We ship Ground, 3rd day, 2nd Day, and Next Day Air level type services. Next Day Air orders placed on the weekends do not typically ship out to the next business day.
Return Merchandise Policy
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise please use our
Feedback Form to submit a request to our Return Department. When submitting feedback, please state the order number, item(s) needing return, and the reason for return. The return of non-defective merchandise when authorized may incur a 25% re-stocking fee. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the box. Returns due to customer error or parts that are no longer needed are not eligible for return past 30 days. Parts which have been opened such as seal kits, electronics, or programmed parts are not eligible for return. Goods must be returned in the original condition and packing. Whole goods and equipment such as lifts, welders, and mixers are not eligible for return.
