Shipping Parts

We ship small parts via UPS and FedEx (we do not use USPS). Most in-stock parts ship the same day if ordered before 3:00 PM EST. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Light Equipment

Pumps, generators, saws, floor equipment, mixers, plate compactors, and similar items are shipped via box truck or enclosed tractor trailer. These vehicles are not equipped with lift gates. You will need a forklift, dock-high ramp, or other means to unload the equipment.

Shipping Heavy Equipment

Aerial work platforms, mini excavators, air compressors, and similar large equipment are shipped via flatbed tractor-trailer. These vehicles are not equipped with lift gates. You will need a crane, forklift, or dock-high ramp to unload.

Transit Times & Residential Deliveries

• Most equipment ships in 3–7 business days once it leaves our warehouse.
• Residential addresses or non-commercial locations are subject to additional shipping charges because a secondary smaller vehicle may be required.

Return Merchandise Policy

All returns require prior approval from our Returns Department.

To request a return, please submit a request using our Feedback Form with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.

• Non-defective merchandise may incur a 25% restocking fee when authorized.
• Returns due to customer error or parts no longer needed are not eligible after 30 days.
• Opened seal kits, electronics, or programmed parts are not eligible for return.
• Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
• Whole goods and equipment (lifts, welders, mixers, etc.) are not eligible for return.
