The bushings I ordered were supposed to be 1 3/4 x 1 1/2. The ones I received were 2" x 1 3/4". I called and was told all business was done by e-mail. GCIron wanted an end item application, but as this was for a hot rod steering column use GC Iron had no reference. I was hoping GCIron would measure what they had labeled as 1 3/4 x 1 1/2 to make sure they weren't mislabeled. No help there. | GCIRON response. Customer ordered split metal bushings for a SkyJack branded boom lift meant to hold the boom pin to the super structure. The bushing is squeeze into place by pushing the main boom pin. Customer why we wanted to know about his SkyJack machine, only to find out he was using them to make a custom hot rod. Customer was asking why they did not fit his customer hot rod. We asked for him originally to send us the information about the SkyJack machine so that we can figure out the customer's correct part for the boom lift. The $7.00 bushings that the customer purchased wanted extra engineering for his customer hotrod application. FYI, all SkyJack parts that we sell are for specific SkyJack AWP applications..
