The billing Process was completely horrible trying to initially place my order online from a Canada address. Other than that the experience was an OK one. My suggestion would be to have a notice on the payment screen that reads
"Notice to all Canadian customers unfortunately our browser will not support Canadian postal codes please call to place your order we will be happy to serve you" This would fix the issue.
