The regulator was the exact replacement part needed.  It was the best price I found anywhere.  Installation took all of 5 minutes and it is performing great.  

Unfortunately, it took two weeks for the part to arrive on my doorstep....That was with the two day express shipping.  Their customer service people were very nice.  If you can wait for the part, this is the place to buy from.
