Wrong parts held mony hostage	June 30, 2022

Ordered 5/24/22 get wrong part. Send email with picture They send a shipping label I return the part. Wait a week no money on my card. !st call told no refund till they receive the part. I track it and it was arriving the next day. Another week still no $. 2nd call told they only do refunds by check and they only mail out Friday. It was Friday and the salesperson told me it would be that day. Two weeks go buy still no check in the mail. 3rd call same runaround asked to speak to the manager and was at first told the person was not the manager and as I talked about situation the same person then changed there story to they were the manager and it would be taken care of. Finally received a check on 6/24. I had to source the parts elsewhere when I got wrong part costing me time and money. I had to pay my credit card bill because they would not just refund my card. Then they had the part and my money for weeks until I complained enough before they sent me a check a month later. | GCIron response, Pin ordered by customer was on 6/10/22 customer needed to return pin prior refund. We do not store credit card information so refunded by check.
