I ordered 6 bolts from this website. None were identified as on backorder. I received 3 of them several weeks later. The packing slip said I received my full order. When I called to verify the other 3 were on the way, I was told that they sell millions of parts a day and it will come eventually, as they were now on backorder. I spend millions of dollars on parts for my company and I will not use this site again. The representative was rude and sounded annoyed that he had to do his job. | GCIron, I am sorry that you feel you had bad customer support. We are affected by the global pandemic occurring right now as the supply chains have been disrupted. We will be try to better comunicating
