For first (1st) time replacement of the new Firestone DuraForce MH tire assemblies, JLG®
requires the following conditions to be met:
1) Customer must replace all four (4) tire assemblies when installing the DuraForce MH tire
assemblies. The previous tire sizes may not be mixed with current (DuraForce) tire sizes
on the same telehandler.
a) Example: There may not be a 13.00 X 24 tire assembly and a 370/75D28 tire
assembly on the same machine.
2) DuraForce MH tire assemblies are reverse compatible only with JLG built telehandlers that
are branded SkyTrak®, Lull®, JLG, and Gradall® with restrictions. JLG does not authorize
the usage of DuraForce MH tire assemblies on the brands listed above that do not present
a JLG serial number plate.
3) With first (1st) time installation of the Firestone DuraForce MH tire the customer may be
responsible for replacement of all lug nuts.

Additional Notes:
Proper torque of the wheel nuts is critical to ensure optimal performance and to mitigate premature
wear when installing a DuraForce MH tire assembly. Always following proper wheel nut tightening
sequence and torque values as outlined in the JLG Service Manual per machine model number
