I placed an order for the above product. Was told the product was in stock. When I later called to check on the order status, I was told it was waiting on another part to ship. The order finally shipped ~ one month after it was placed. I was never notified of the delay to begin with. I had to call to find out what the hang up was. Also, I was reprimanded by my company because I allowed GCIRON to charge my company credit card before an item shipped. The only positive out of my experience was my customer service rep, Gizelle. She stayed on top of it when she learned of my dissatisfaction. I will never purchase anything for my customers through GCIRON again.
GCIronparts Team - The cylinder ordered was not in stock, the customer was never told the part was in stock. The OEM cylinder was backordered at the factory. The replacement cylinder was sent out as soon as available. The charge was made just prior to to the shipment.
