Worst Online Buying Experience, Ever |

There should be a less than poor rating. I ordered and paid for part online, and waited and waited, never showed. Called in to have agent tell me the price would be $200.00 more if I still wanted the part.This held up my machine from getting repaired and extra two weeks! Cancelled order as I could buy it cheaper without shipping, was still charged on my credit card and am trying to get my money back through my credit card company. I would never do business with this outfit ever again and will discourage anyone from doing so.
The part purchased stated right on the order form that is was no longer available to purchase. Here is a copy of what what was said. "Idler Assy, Front (For Rubber Shoe) NLA use part number 530114300". Customer was directed to purchase new correct part, but did not want to purchase. Original item has been discontinued by IHI Factory.
