needed bearing urgently and still 3 weeks later I am still chasing it to get delivered.
when we order parts it is because we need urgently otherwise would sea freight so 2 plus weeks is not good enough. All of our other USA suppliers would deliver to New Zealand with in a week at the most. This has been the case for the last 3 shipments from you.
Customer Ordered Product Friday 5PM EST 5-25-12. Customer's Products shipped on 6th business day. Product needed special shipping.
