I really enjoyed my time on the phone with Juan Vega, he was very helpful and stepped into assisting me since Collin was helping another customer. I really appreciate when employees help each other out and not pass the buck, to me it shows team work and caring for the customers! Great Job Juan! Hope to deal with you and Collin again.
