By the time I received the $0.25 piece of steel and the two required screws I had spent nearly $65 including shipping. GC iron pricing and shipping is simply beyond absurd.
The part does work sufficiently. You could make one yourself, do a really poor job, and still be better off than paying these inflated prices.
