I had hydraulic hoses break on a JLG boom lift. I called GC Iron and gave the person who answered the model and srial number, I asked for the same person who had ably assisted me before on another matter. He was most helpful. I had three days to get these parts over to the island where the machine is being used. He immediately called Ohio and had them overnighted to an address in Florida. When I arrived in the U.S. a day and a half later the hoses were there. I returned with them the following day. Their helpfulness and professionalism ensures that I will be a repeat customer, and that they will be the first to call when parts are needed.
