QUICK SERVICE!! July 10, 2025 Reviewer: CHRISTOPHER BASS from PANAMA CITY, FL United States   We needed simple product from this company that we couldn't find anywhere else.  Since our Jail was tax exempt and we didn't have GCIRON as a vendor, i dreaded the process of purchasing from a company that was new to us.  I phoned to see the process and we were directed how in such a quick an professional way.  The online account opening was ultra simple.  I was directed to send my tax exemption paperwork to a particular email address and that it may take 24 hours to update on our account.  IT HAPPENED IN LESS THAT 2 HOURS.  I was amazed at the smoothness and efficiency of this company and process.  I am not sure what our future needs will be that requires GCIron, but I have them at the top of my list to order from when that need arises.  Thank you so much for the simplicity of setting up our account and ordering.  Have a great week. delay on shipping November 21, 2011 Reviewer: Nick S Bernal from Madisonville, KY   I had sent two emails concerning my order status. I finally called and the my order had not been shipped because my phone # was not on file. This delay cost me time and money. The  parts worked great, but the email communications need attention. From The Parts team at GCIron.com:  Customer ordered parts on 10-24-11, they were successfully delivered on 10-26-11.  Customer ordered the parts via ground.  This customer received his parts in 3 business days.   Customer did not provide our company with a telephone to contact which is a prerequisite when shipping with UPS.
