The manual was what I needed. But the man I talked to on the phone and tried to ask him a question was rude and talked to me like I was a kid. The only reason I purchased it through your company is because I couldn’t find it anywhere else and my customer needed his machine fixed. Don’t put your phone number on there if all you’re going to do is keep telling the customer to send a email. This is the first time I have ever filled out a survey but you ask me to so there it is.
