customer service is good but they overcharged me for some parts that weight about 1 lpound ina sma box  charged me $121.00  when I usually pay for something like that with my UPS account 2nd day about $45.00. USPS  $12 OR $16.00.  
 I gess the company makes a profit on shipping too.  my humble opinion.

All the parts came but as you might have guessed the engine still has
an erratic idle this is a problem on the JLG side of things I will get my
computer guru on this shortly as the complete replacement is prohibitive.
