I call and place the order, everything is going smooth and the item gets shipped. I'm sent a tracking #. Expect delivery. No delivery. Start searching and find the shipping address used is correct but the name is completely wrong. UPS won't ship. Takes a phone call to UPS to get straight. Items did show up. China Bearings. Hope they work.
