dissatisfied. Because the item that I also purchased at the same time from GCiron, that this is to be used with, a rubber cover "boot" already included this item. The description/'definition of the item this flange is to be used with, the "boot", did not say it already came with this part and the picture did not show this part on the "boot". The boot cost roughly $10 and this retainer ring cost $20. Plus this retainer came from a different facility in which I incurred an additional shipping charge of $15. The description and pictures do not jive and has lead me to be dissatisfied for purchasing something I did not need.
