Good Customer Service but inaccurate website |

Parts were ordered in December but just now shipped due to a manufacturer issue. The website showed the parts as being available within 24 hours the whole time and showed them shipped when even on backorder. Call to confirm availability - do not trust the website. Given all that, customer service was always friendly and helpful.
