I was looking for a seal kit for a JLG articulated boom lift and found GC Iron. I called from an out island, Eleuthera - in the Bahama Islands and spoke to a knowledgeable and not just helpful, but friendly person Joe M. Within minutes he had my order completed and sent off to my transit area in Florida. It was soon after that that I needed a full set of tubes for the steering cylinders for the same machine. I called again and asked to speak to him. I was leaving in two days to go to the USA to collect orders and called him about these hydraulic tubes. None were available in Hollywood, FL, but could be overnighted to my address from Ohio to Delray Beach. This worked. When I arrived in Delray on Wednesday, the hoses were there, along with the seal it. Everything within a week. I am impressed and very happy with the professionalism and courtesy of this company and those who work diligently to meet the questions and requirements of the customer. I will be back again.
