This was the most painful process I have ever had to endure to get parts ordered. Pick the phone up and TALK to people, do not Ghost them on line. Litter ally the worst purchasing experience I have ever had to "work through" and I have been a PROFESSIONAL PA for more than 20 years. Most notably with Anheuser-Busch, Inc

Unfortunately, the customer wanted us to 2nd day air a parts order which weighed 288 lbs out of the country. We tried to explain that Ground freight was the only option in the continental US. Additionally, our website indicates that as well.
