Knowledgeable staff overall. Very good with the parts themselves but no help with any technical stuff. I had the part number needed and knew the updated part numbers before I called just to make sure I was getting the right part. They confirmed the same numbers I found. Price was a couple hundred less than any kubota dealers around for the same exact part shipped to my door. They didn’t have it in stock so it took a few extra days to get it from Kubota. Overall I’m pretty happy with GCIron and will likely use them again.
