First of all, the part was listed as "Usually ships in 24 Hours". After a week of the part in "Processing", I called to get an update on the part. I was told that Kubota won't direct ship and the part comes from Kubota. I complained that I was misled by the listing on your website and the Rep said, "You want me to cancel your order or do you want to wait for it?". I hung up the phone because I felt that he was being disrespectful and I waited for the part. It took about 3+ weeks to receive it. My issue with that is the other vendors that I spoke with said it would take 3-4 weeks to get the part and I ordered from you based on your on-line listing. The fact that you listed the part as shipping in 24 hours was misleading and your parts rep was rude and dismissive. You should be honest like the rest of the companies selling Kubota parts and let people know up front how Kubota works and there is no way you can ship the part in 24 hours.
