Customer service is mediocre at best. Getting someone to actually help you over the phone in non-existent. Any time you will call you will get a less then happy agent who does not want to do anything other then refer you to email them and that is pretty much the entire company no matter what the issue is. Product is correct which is good but I will search elsewhere just because of lack of follow through with customer service.
