I have a 20 year old Skyjack scissor lift I use in my work and needed to replace seals and needed to make sure I got the right seals to avoid delays.  I was able to do "live chat" and the customer service tech who got a service tech to verify the parts I needed.  Very professional and received the parts within 5 days.  
Lift is back in operation.
